“Paints since she remembers to exist. She went through Design, improved the art of drawing in Italy and experimented different styles and techniques. Joana Lobo Anta considers herself privileged for being able to do exactly what she always wanted to do. Creates at home, inspires herself with the calm of her space, but also looks for chaos to materialize it in a few strokes.
Beside all this, she sings. Also here, she went through different styles, until she found Jazz. Lives in limbo between the two forms of art, a balance which fulfills her professionally. She calls herself an unlabeled artist."
